Besides the various methods I use, as a voice and sound healer, my main ‘tool’ is my voice. Through my voice and possibly through my musical instruments, high frequency healing energies are made available by the spiritual world.

These energies work to heal, support and liberate you from what keeps you from living in a way that is fulfilling for you and according to your inner truth. Blockages are dissolved and the energy starts to flow freely again.

By learning to work with your own voice you can become aware and remember who you really are. You do not need to have or be able to sing for this.

If you choose, we will also work with your voice. You will learn to express, through tones and sounds, what you have not been able to express until now. In this way you open and liberate your own soul sound, your own primal sound. No longer shaped by your experiences and the resulting beliefs, fears and behaviours, but the free voice, the mirror of your true self. You do not have to be able to sing to do this. By using your voice you can get to know yourself better. Your voice is a blueprint of who you are, what you want and feel, your pain and your joy. Your voice is an instrument that you always carry with you and can use to heal yourself.

The support from the spiritual world is running at “high speed” in these chaotic and exciting times. My contribution to this as a medium and with my gift, consists of channelled soul songs, especially tuned to you.

Just as you eat, drink and sleep every day for your daily existence and your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual “maintenance”, so your personal soul song can support you every day to stay in balance, to deal with the regular problems and worries that come your way, to be in harmony with yourself and your environment. Regular conscious listening is a great support during your (healing) process and for your personal development.

Your soul song can be seen as your daily portion of “power food/medication” and can be requested as extra reinforcement during individual sessions, but also independently.

How does it work?

After a preliminary conversation, I tune in to you, together with the spirits. I then receive the sounds that are meant for you. I sing especially in the soul language, because an important quality of this language is that it goes almost “beyond the mind”. The same goes for the instrumental sounds when I receive the impulse for that.

Het gebruik van stem en klank is een belangrijk deel van elke spirituele traditie op aarde; veel van de technieken waarvan nu wetenschappelijk bewezen wordt dat ze een helende werking hebben en het helingsproces versnellen, zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk, worden al duizenden jaren toegepast door sjamanen, genezers en medicijnmannen en -vrouwen van veel verschillende tradities. Deze technieken worden dan ook meer en meer toegepast als therapie of als ondersteuning bij therapie.

Klank is trilling die elke substantie doordringt, de kleinste deeltjes in beweging zet en zo in staat is onze “werkelijkheid” te herschikken. Ons lichaam, ons denken, onze gevoelens en emoties, onze omgeving en uiteindelijk ook onze wereld. Geluidstrillingen dringen door tot in botten en organen waardoor lichaamslagen bereikt kunnen worden waar men met manuele massage niet aan kan komen. Individuele groei, natuurlijk evenwicht en vrijheid ontstaan als je de helende kracht van het geluid herkent en gebruikt.

Het zijn geen concerten. Ik ben geen zangeres maar stemhealer. D.w.z. dat ik de gave heb d.m.v. mijn stem en evt. instrument de levensenergie vanuit de geestelijke wereld om deze te heroriënteren naar de aanwezige personen. Hierdoor wordt de zelfgenezende kracht van de deelnemers geactiveerd en versterkt. Ik zing in verbinding met mijn spirits. Daardoor is de energie, die door mijn stem tot uitdrukking gebracht wordt, veel sterker als mogelijk zou zijn met alleen mijn menselijke stem. Daarbij werken de klanken aan het verstand voorbij precies daar waar ze moeten werken.

Antje Maria…. soulsinger

I am Spirit Sounds soulsinger, life coach and healer and a facilitator in processes of consciousness.

As a 5-year-old girl I became aware that there was suffering, physically, mentally and emotionally. This awakened in me the desire to alleviate that suffering in some way.

In order to be able to do this, I have followed several training courses, including the five-year Dutch/German training course for Integrative Respiratory Therapist and trainer.

I was born and raised in the Netherlands. Since 1988 I have given private sessions, workshops, trainings and treatments as an integrative breathing therapist and facilitator for awareness processes as well as working as a trainer and coach in a dutch-German training institute for personal development, founded by me and my husband.

Although I started playing the piano at a young age, it was not until later that I got my degree in teaching church organ at the conservatory in Alkmaar.

I am married, mother and grandmother. In 1999 we moved to the South of France, where I work in my own practice again. My way of working has changed and expanded because now I mainly work with breath, sound and voice healing

It’ sings in me

Through my voice and instruments I bring strong healing energy with a very high frequency. I make my voice or instruments available to the spiritual world in order to generate the sounds and vibrations that have a healing effect on that person at that moment.

What I wanted as a child of 5 years old, now happens through singing, sounding, playing.

I sing from the truth of my soul and also guide others to it by teaching them to work with their own voice. Working at soul level is working from an inner silence and an inner hearing, a recognition of the truth. It is a doing, a speaking, an acting that arises from itself. That is also how my sounds arise. I do not do something. It arises, it happens through me.

If you can’t keep the appointment, please cancel in good time.

Please understand that in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, I charge a fixed amount of 40 € for appointments up to 1.5 hours, the same for cancellation of a day workshop. For cancellation of a Skype or Zoom appointment I charge 25 €.

It is possible to come “live” to my workspace/practice and/or work by Skype or Zoom.

The use of voice and sound is an important part of every spiritual tradition on earth; many of the techniques that are now scientifically proven to have a healing effect and accelerate the healing process, both physically and spiritually, have been applied for thousands of years by shamans, healers and medicine men and women of many different traditions. Therefore, these techniques are more and more applied as therapy or as support in therapy.

Sound is a vibration that penetrates every substance, sets the smallest particles in motion and is thus able to rearrange our “reality”. Our body, our thinking, our feelings and emotions, our environment and ultimately our world. Sound vibrations penetrate into bones and organs that cannot be reached by manual massage. Individual growth, natural balance and freedom arise when you recognize and use the healing power of sound.

To get acquainted with voice and sound healing and to examine yourself whether you could benefit from it, I regularly give Healing Sounds meetings for groups.

They are not concerts. I am not a singer but a voice healer. This means that I have the gift by means of my voice or possibly a musical instrument to redirect the life energy from the spiritual world to those persons present. This activates and strengthens the self-healing power of the participants. I sing in connection with my spirits. As a result, the energy expressed by my voice is much stronger than would be possible with only my human voice. In doing so, the sounds work beyond the mind exactly where they need to work.

During a Spirits Sounds private session I tune in to you on a deeper level. Through my voice, sounds are transmitted with the same frequencies as your unresolved, blocked feelings. Because your body cells resonate on the sounds I bring out, they are liberated from the blocked energy and you can express them yourself if necessary. In this way there is room for insight and healing. The sounds work beyond the mind exactly where they need to work.

How does it work?

If you would like to receive your personal soul song, we make an appointment for a preliminary interview (by phone or Skype), in order to discuss together what you would like support for and/or what you need.

After this preliminary meeting, I get in touch with the spiritual world and with you. This can sometimes take a few days. If the intention is good that you can receive the song of your soul, I will get the sounds that are meant for your soul. I sing mostly in the language of the soul because an important quality of sensory perception is that the language of the soul is almost “beyond reason”. The same applies to instrumental sounds when I receive the impulse.

After the recording, a little treatment is usually still necessary. Often, but not always, in addition to sounding and playing, a message from the spiritual world is also given to you! You will receive a message as soon as you can download your soul song. If you have any questions afterwards, you can contact me again by phone, Skype or mail.

During this period you need only look to yourself. Five days a week, adapted to your specific needs, you will receive guidance and/or treatments for several hours a day.

The rest of the time you are free to enjoy the surroundings, the peace and quiet. This gives you the opportunity to integrate the experience gained during the consultations and treatments.
